Refunds, pickup, privacy, and trust

Plain-English policies for buying used goods from Cypress Flips.

Refund / return policy

Refunds are handled case by case. If I missed a material condition issue that should have been disclosed, I will work with you to make it right.

Used items may have normal wear. Please inspect locally before purchase when possible, and ask questions before meeting if something is important to you.

Pickup / delivery policy

Cypress, CA is home base. Public meetups around Cypress, Orange County, and the LA area are preferred for safety.

Delivery may be available when the deal supports it. Delivery fees are negotiated before travel.

Holds

Want an item held for pickup? Just message me through the product page or the contact form and we will agree on a pickup window. Holds are handled person to person — there is no online payment on this site right now.

If I cancel or the item materially differs from the listing, I will work with you to make it right. If a buyer repeatedly no-shows on agreed holds, I may decline future holds.

Privacy policy

Contact forms collect the information you submit so I can reply. Website accounts and community features are currently disabled, so no account data is collected.

I do not sell your personal information. Avoid sending sensitive financial information through forms.

Used goods disclosure

I inspect and describe products as accurately as possible, including flaws, missing accessories, tested status, and untested conditions when applicable.

If an item is untested, the listing should say so. If it is listed as working, it has been tested to the best of my ability.
